The Nature of the Trinity

Really, when you want to absolutely get into a study of the Trinity, you begin to discover there’s a huge amount of heresy. Here’s why I tell you that if you JUST READ THE BIBLE and don’t THINK about it, you’ll get it right.

It’s when you start thinking about it that you get into trouble.

Case in point: Is Jesus Christ eternally the Son, or did He become the Son at His baptism? That’s something called”Adoptionism”. And it’s a heresy. The correct answer is that Jesus Christ is Eternally the Son. He always was the Son of God. Jesus Christ is God in Human Flesh, and always has been God. There never was a moment where He was not God.

This is where a LOT of Bible teachers get it wrong, like… John MacArthur, who is an Adoptionist, even though he denies it.

Make sense?

See how it works much better if you don’t try to reason out the Trinity?

In all other areas of Scripture, engage Brain, study, learn.

In this one… trust me. This is a subject of faith. The Scriptures give PLENTY of direct testimony and evidence of the Trinity, like 1 John 5:7-8.

Believe it, and let it go.

Apostasy reigns around us, churches are sliding into worldiness, a whitewashed Gospel is preached everywhere... But they said, We will not walk therein. Jeremiah 6:16 (KJV) So, I'm speaking out. ...Why aren't you???
