Jehovah’s Witnesses Answered 17

So far we’ve established:

  • Jehovah’s Witnesses are not Christians, as two of the cardinal doctrines of Christianity include the Godhood of Jesus Christ and the Trinity.
  • The translators of the New World Translation were not “experienced, anointed Christians” as the Watchtower Society claims – but rather untrained, inexperienced Jehovah’s Witnesses
  • It would take doctorate degrees in Greek and Hebrew to be qualified to translate the Bible
  • According to Ray Franz, only one of the Translators knew any Greek, and no Hebrew
  • There is no good reason to withhold the list of the translators of the NWT, and suggest the Watchtower Society has something to hide by concealing the names of the translators.
  • Fred Franz, who served on the translating committee of the NWT, was incapable of recognizing a single Hebrew word in court, or even a single Hebrew letter – after claiming under oath he knew both Koine Greek and Hebrew.
  • The JW’s rely on the United Bible Society text and Kittel’s BHS Hebrew – for what, I don’t know, since their translators don’t know any Hebrew or Greek
  • The oldest Greek texts are actually the Textus Receptus, not the Wescott-Hort The majority of the oldest forms of the manuscripts are actually Textus Receptus
  • The earliest of church fathers, living in the time of the apostles until AD 130 all quoted from the Textus Receptus.
  • If Vaticanus or Sinaiticus were truly the original Greek, then they wouldn’t quote words or verses that those manuscripts leave out
  • The NWT has major inconsistancies compared with the Textus Receptus
  • The NWT revealed its bias against the Godhood of the Lord Jesus Christ by forgetting to twist a verse that shows the Lord Jesus Christ willingly received worship, and that some worship Him in vain (Matt. 15:9)
  • The usage of “Sheol” in the Old Testament in context means “The abode of the dead”
  • Sheol contained both Abraham’s Bosom (Paradise) and Hell, with a great gulf fixed between
  • Both the Old and New Testament say that Hell is a place of fire, perpetual torment and burning
  • a Grave is cool, and does not torment or burn.
  • Luke 16 is a record of fact, and not a parable
  • names are never mentioned in parables, but Luke 16 names Abraham and Lazarus
  • The rich man in Luke 16 is not named because obviously we don’t need to know who it is.
  • Almost every verse in the Bible on Hell is speaking of a literal place of torment and suffering.
  • The Lord Jesus Christ is not an Angel
  • Angels Are Created beings, hence the terms “sons of God”
  • Jesus Christ is eternally God, therefore not a created being, therefore cannto be an Angel.
  • The term “Son of God” refers to the relationship between God the Father and God the Son.
  • Angels do not permit human beings to worship them – only Fallen angels encourage this.
  • The Lord Jesus Christ obviously is not an Angel as He permitted people to worship Him.
  • The Lord Jesus Christ stated many times that He was the only way to salvation
  • There is no such thing as a small g god in the Bible – only God.
  • The Lord Jesus Christ has always existed as God the Son
  • Unless you accept and confess that the Lord Jesus Christ is God, you will be condemned to hellfire and eternal suffering forever.
  • Salvation By Grace is available to all, according to the Bible
  • The Trinity is a Biblical doctrine
  • There is no proof the “144,000” were physically descended from Israel
  • the British Israelite theory does not account for descent from individual tribes such as Gad, Asher, Benjamin, Issachar, etc.
  • The 144,000 must come after the 5th seal. The 144,000 of the Jehovah’s Witnesses come almost a century before the Tribulation.
  • It has been more than seven years after member #144,000 joined the Watchtower Society.
  • The tribulation must end 7 years after it begins.
  • The Temple in Jerusalem has not been rebuilt
  • There’s nothing in the Bible about only the 144,000 are saved by grace or may partake of the Lord’s Supper
  • The 144,000 must all be male
  • The 144,000 must all be virgins. We have no information that the 144,000 Jehovah’s witnesses are all virgins.
  • Elijah and Moses must appear in the Tribulation at the same time as the 144,000. Moses and Elijah apparently are quite delayed, as it’s 99 years later and they’ve never shown up.
  • Soul Sleep is not Biblical
  • The Bible makes a distinction between the soul and the body in death
  • We must read all verses on a doctrine to get the correct understanding of the doctrine
  • The Bible portrays the souls of the dead aware, speaking, praising God, and the souls of the unsaved pleading, weeping, begging, in torment
  • Charles Taze Russell adopted the unbiblcal doctrine of Soul Sleep from Seventh Day Adventists, and from the teachings of Ellen G. White
  • The return of the Lord will be visible. Every eye will see Him return in power.
  • The Bible does not speak of an investigative judgment. The concept is an unBiblical doctrine.
  • God’s Chosen organization is the local church, not the Watchtower Society
  • There is nothing in the Bible referring to a select few within a multi-church organization running that organization
  • There is nothing in the Bible about the writing of any future book that will equal the Bible.
  • The book Jesus Christ supposedly found so perfect that he chose the Watchtower Society because of it, is the Finished Mystery, by Charles Taze Russell – which Jehovah’s Witnesses are not permitted to own or read.
  • The Finished Mystery is an embarassment to the Watchtower society, as it is so fanciful and ridiculous that any Witness that reads it will realize they’ve been lied to and are in a cult.
  • The Watchtower Society will not permit you to celebrate Christmas and your birthday, because you’ll end up spending money that could go to them. Stop paying your tithe to them and see what happens.
  • The Watchtower Society will not allow you to have back issues of their magazines, tracts, and publications because it will reduce their control over you. Prove me wrong, ask them for copies of all of their back issues of magazines, books and tracts

By now, you’ve realized, I am making a major distinction between the organization that enslaves you, and you. You’re just the pawn, the person they’ve duped. i’m trying to free you and get you saved. notice in the last two or three posts I’ve continually asked you to think for yourself!!! Does the Watchtower Society encourage you to think for yourself?

What is the Gospel? That’s the question today. What does the Watchtower Society teach is the Gospel? How are you saved?

According to the Watchtower Society, you must earn your salvation, through works.

This is always one of the major areas attacked by cults, salvation. Why? If you’re perpetually trying to earn your salvation, then they can just about make any demand on you to keep control of you.

What, then, is the Gospel according to the Bible?

15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. 1 Timothy 1:15 (KJV)

50 And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace. Luke 7:50 (KJV)

42 And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee. Luke 18:42 (KJV)

11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they. Acts 15:11 (KJV)

24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Romans 3:24 (KJV)

28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. 29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: 30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. Romans 3:28-30 (KJV)

5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Romans 4:5 (KJV)

16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, Romans 4:16 (KJV)

1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: Romans 5:1 (KJV)

30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith. Romans 9:30 (KJV)

4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. Romans 10:4 (KJV)

6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work. Romans 11:6 (KJV)

16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Galatians 2:16 (KJV)

21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. Galatians 2:21 (KJV)

5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Galatians 3:5-6 (KJV)

24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Galatians 3:24 (KJV)

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Ephesians 1:13 (KJV)

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 (KJV)

9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: Philippians 3:9 (KJV)

15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. 2 Timothy 3:15 (KJV)

Look these verses up! Read them in context!

Let me explain how to read the Bible. I did it in the pages for the Catholics, I’ll do it for you too. It’s very complicated, so pay attention:

  • It means what it says.
  • Read it in context. If you’re unclear on what it means, the context usually explains it. What is the chapter saying?
  • The Bible is its own built in dictionary. It will tell you what a word means, usually if you look up the first time the word is used.
  • If you find a verse that’s hard to understand, read all the other verses in the Bible that speak on the same subject. You’ll be surprised, but literally the other verses will give you the understanding of what the difficult verse means!

no commentary needed. No extra-biblical sources needed to understand it.

“Wow, that’s too easy!” Well, God made it easy! There’s NEVER been a Biblical example of the word of God being too difficult to understand for the common person, and requiring a special end time apostle to understand it and explain it for everyone else. The parables of Christ are a special case, in that the Lord deliberately concealed the truth from those who were unwilling to be saved. But notice, if you came with repentant heart, He was quick to explain it – “I tell thee, Ye must be born again.”

14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 4:14 (KJV)

26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this? John 11:26 (KJV)

46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness. John 12:46 (KJV)

21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Acts 2:21 (KJV)

43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. Acts 10:43 (KJV)

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Romans 10:11 (KJV)

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13 (KJV)

23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 1 John 2:23 (KJV)

15 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God. 1 John 4:15 (KJV)

1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. 1 John 5:1 (KJV)

17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. Revelation 22:17 (KJV)

Salvation by faith is available to all of us, not just a select few – and I think we dealt with that in depth on the post on the 144,000.

Salvation cannot be earned. Ask yourself, “Why did Jesus die?” I keep coming back to this issue, because this is the crucial issue that everything hangs on.

  • The Finished Mystery is an embarassment to the Watchtower society, as it is so fanciful and ridiculous that any Witness that reads it will realize they’ve been lied to and are in a cult.

Cintinuing on, let’s examine the next question we must ask. This is one the Watchtower society will squirm over. It’s been over 130 years of the Watchtower Society. In that time, assuming that there was only one publication per month (it wasn’t – there have been countless thousands of publications made by the Watchtower Society), we would postulate there are 1,560 back issues of the Watchtower Society’s magazine.

If Witnesses are not permitted to read their Bible – that’s right, permitted – without the help and assist of the Watchtower Society publications, why hasn’t some zealous Jehovah’s Witness collected all the back issues of all the pamphlets, tracts, books, mazagines, and videos, and compiled an in-depth Bible commentary using these materials?

Answer – they don’t want you reading some back issues.

Why? Because sometimes the Watchtower society changes the doctrines a little. In that way, they can keep you under control. It’s all about the control, and the money.

That’s why you aren’t permitted to have birthdays and Christmas – it might take up money that could be going to the Watchtower Society.

That’s why you’re not permitted to read the Bible without the Watchtower Society’s materials – especially the King James Bible – because you might learn to think on your own again. They’d then lose control over you, and you and your money might go someplace else. Like to a real church. And you might get saved, which means you’d be forever out of their grasp.

If the Watchtower Society established their doctrines as timeless, unchanging, based completely upon God’s word, then you could read it, understand it – and go from there. You’d learn how to operate within it. But if things change just a little, just a little… then you’re always needing the Watchtower society to instruct you, teach you, control you. And you STOP thinking.

THINK! Is this the Gospel? Is this the good news of the Lord Jesus Christ?

Prove me wrong. Request copies of back issues of the Watchtower Society’s magazines and publications. All of them. Find out if you can even get them in digital format for your computer, that way there’s no cost to the Society. I’m sure if they are the only light we must use to interpret Scripture by, why, someone must have digitally scanned them, right? The same way the Finished Mystery was scanned digitally. Maybe they even have a 4-volume DVD rom set of all of them!!!

“Well, it would take a multiple DVD Rom set.”

Reply with these words: “Okay. When will they be delivered?”

You should receive your back issues right about the same time you get your hardcover of “The Finished Mystery“. Roughly, never.

Test me on this. Ask them. Why, you can have them shipped to the Kingdom Hall you go to – that way they can help and edify the entire local congregation!

They won’t do it.

Ask yourself why.

Immaculate Heart of Mary – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Immaculate Heart of Mary – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

This is one of those “You’ve got to be KIDDING me!” things.

St. Augustine said of this that Mary was not merely passive at the foot of the cross; “she cooperated through charity in the work of our redemption”.[1]

Where is that in the Bible? Answer – it’s not.

And in answering the woman who proclaimed his mother blessed, the Church Fathers understood this as an invitation to seek in Mary that which had so endeared her to God and caused her to be selected as the mother of Jesus. St. Leo said that through faith and love she conceived her son spiritually, even before receiving him into her womb,[3] and St. Augustine tells us that she was more blessed in having borne Christ in her heart than in having conceived him in the flesh.

Um… Did the “Church fathers” ever really READ the Bible? Here’s the passage:

27 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. 28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.Luke 11:27-28 (KJV)

See. the LORD said, “Yes, rather…” See, it’s a CORRECTION! Not a congratulation, “How right ye are!

The Lord was saying, “don’t worship my mother, she’s no different from you!”

31 There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him. 32 And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee. 33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren? 34 And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren! 35 For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother. Mark 3:31-35 (KJV)

See, the LORD made it clear – she’s no different than any Christian. Whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my mother, and my sister, and my brother.

Mary did not “Participate in the work of our redemption.” It’s a diminishing of the LORD and an elevation of Mary.

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; Romans 3:23-25 (KJV)

The Lord Jesus Christ procured our redemption. Nothing in there about Mary.

30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: 31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:30-31 (KJV)

“…Let him glory in the Lord!” Not in Mary.

7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Ephesians 1:7 (KJV)

His blood. Not hers.

Are we reading the same Bible? The Bible is the sole authority of faith and practice. If you cannot justify your faith by the Scriptures, then you are practicing an unBiblical faith. See John 14:6.

  • There is nothing in the Bible referring to a select few within a multi-church organization running that organization

Now, for some uncomfortable questions. These questions MUST be answered.

Where in the Bible, God’s inspired preserved word, does it say that Christ would return invisibly?

Where in the Bible, God’s inspired preserved word, does it say that the Lord Jesus Christ would perform an investigative judgment, reading the doctrinal positions of all denominations, and would choose which was “the faithful servant”?

Doesn’t the Bible itself say that Christ Himself, God in the flesh, is Himself the faithful servant?

Here’s the biggest question –

If the Lord Jesus Christ read a book that He felt was perfect, wouldn’t that be the equivalent of the Bible?

If such a book existed, why doesn’t the Bible itself command us to look for it?

If such a book existed, shouldn’t we ALL have it?

What book is it?

According to the Watchtower Bible Society of Jehovah’s Witnesses, it is The Finished Mystery, by Charles Taze Russell, edited by Joseph Rutherford.

Shouldn’t you have a copy of it? Shouldn’t you be offering to give away copies of that book so that we can all see what it was that so impressed the Lord Jesus Christ?

Why don’t you have a copy of it?

I think these are important questions, don’t you?

Why does the Watchtower Society not permit you to own a copy of the Finished Mystery, the book so perfect that Christ determined the Watchtower Society was “God’s faithful witness on this earth”?

“We’ve never been told we cannot have a copy of one.”

Okay. Ask for one. See if you can have one delivered to your local Kingdom Hall.

I think everyone there should spend some time studying it together, don’t you? If this book is so perfect that it now is second only to the Bible, and “the Lord Jesus Christ chose it over all the other religious books”, then we should all spend some time reading it and studying it!

Let me suggest a hypothesis. I think the Watchtower Society doesn’t insist you have a copy because it’s forbidden to you. Why is it forbidden to you? Because neither Charles Taze Russell nor Attorney Rutherford had the least idea about theology. They were good at trying to suggest alternate doctrines, at perverting the plain sense of the Bible into something that required someone to epxlain it – but to sit and write a systemized doctrinal theology was completely beyond them, because they couldn’t understand the Bible. Why? Neither were saved.

The truth is, The Finished Mystery is an embarassment to the Watchtower Society. It is full of speculation, and obvious mis-readings of the Scriptures. Allegorizations abound, often twisted beyond recognition. And literally, if you and a cell group of other Jehovah’s Witnesses were to read it, you would all in short order get very uncomfortable by the obvious truth.

“We’re in a Cult. God help us. Everything we believe is a deliberate lie and distortion to keep us under control, enslave us, and get our money.”

I’ve got good news for you. In fact, I’ve been preaching it ever since you started reading these.

First, let me tell you how you can GET a copy of the Finished Mystery. This is not some book written by Christians. This was written, produced, and sold by the Watchtower Society. It was written and published by Charles Taze Russell. You are therefore permitted to read it, no matter what the Governing Body may tell you. Don’t they encourage, no, INSIST you read materials by the Watchtower Society??? Well, this is materials produced by the Watchtower Society.

If you want a bound hard copy (No, I don’t sell these – I found these links through about 120 seconds of searching on the internet. Yes, only took two minutes!), you can order one from JWBookstore for $30. You can also find the original edition for free download on Archive.org.

These aren’t forgeries. These are actual reproductions of it, made from digital scans of the original edition.

Next, let me assure you of what I’ve been saying on the other posts. God loves you. He really does. And He wants you to have eternal life. Don’t put this off. You do not have assurance of another tomorrow. Understand that the Lord Jesus Christ is God in Human Flesh, otherwise the concept of propitiatory atonement makes no sense. Understand that the Holy Spirit is God, and is ready to come and live inside of you.

But you must repent first. You must confess you are a sinner, deserving of nothing but Hell. And “Ye must be born again.” Ask the Lord Jesus Christ to forgive you and save you.

“Those who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Jehovah’s Witnesses Answered 14

Let’s look at all the verses on God’ chosen organization.

Done. There aren’t any. Again, like the Investigative Judgment, there is absolutely no Bibilical support for it.

If anything can be called God’s chosen organization, it would be the local church.

15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth. 1 Timothy 3:15 (KJV)

This is the direct opposite of what the Watchtower Society teaches. The Watchtower Society teaches not only that there is no Trinity, and that Jesus Christ is not God – thus condemning you to Hell – but they deny you the ability to find the truth for yourself, by preventing you from reading the Bible for yourself without any Watchtower Society publications, by preventing you from attending any church, and calling it “babylon”. Matter of fact, they heap disdain, scorn and even slander upon any Jehovah’s Witness that discovers the truth and repents, getting saved, by labeling them “Mentally ill.”

I label anyone who leaves the Watchtower Society and accepts the Lord Jesus Christ, and repents and is born again, as “brother.” Now, I was never a Jehovah’s Witness. But I am a saved, redeemed Christian. Anyone who accepts the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, repents, and is born again, is my brother. I may have to separate from them if they follow incorrect doctrine, but they remain my brother.

Alas, the Watchtower society teaches damnable heresies, that condemn its followers to Hell. This is a horrible tragedy. That’s why I’m writing this. Not to condemn you (the doctrines of the Watchtower Society do that well enough), but in hopes that I might “save some”.

Rothschild Banker conspiracies… really?

While blogging this morning, and checking resources, I saw a comment on a blog saying, “The Jehovah’s witnesses were started by the Rothschilds, who are Jewish bankers who believe they are the Messiah. Don’t write about them! Their agents monitor the internet!”

Okay, fella, switch to decaf! You’re seeing things that aren’t there. The person who had the blog the comment was on probably had never heard this kind of nonsense before, and probably was thinking, “Huh? I’ve never heard this before! Okay, thanks for telling me!!!” And not realizing how utterly unfactual this kind of crazed ranting really is.

Here’s the facts. The Jehovah’s Witnesses were started by Charles Taze Russell, who was associated formerly with the Second Advent Millerites, who became the Seventh Day Adventists. Russell was not Jewish. Neither was any of the other four who joined his Bible Student Society that eventually became the Watchtower Society.

None of the Rothschilds, nor their employees, had the least little thing to do with it.

This kind of conspiracy theory comes from the Protocols of The Elders of Zion, a forgery created by a Russian to spread hatred, Antisemitism, and force more pogroms on the poor beleagered Russian Jews who already were victims of constant harassment.

It spread throughout Europe, and found its way into the hands of Adolph Shickelgruber, who later was better known as Hitler. To say that this ridiculous forgery has caused the death of millions upon millions of people would be an understatement.

Here’s some simple questions to show how silly the theory is:

  • If the Rothschilds were so powerful, why did the British Empire diminish and break up?  Remember, they were British.
  • Why was the Rothschilds unable to secure a homeland for the Jewish people, despite the Balfour declaration? Literally, the Jews had to take care of it by themselves, without any help (and outright opposition) from the United Kingdom. It is literally a miracle of God that they were able to restore the state of Israel, and the only nation that recognized Israel immediately after their declaration of statehood was the United States.
  • If the Rothschilds really were behind some kind of Jewish banking conspiracy, then literally World war II never would have happened. Israel would have been founded back in the 19th century under Prime Minister Disraeli.
  • The United States, Canada, India and Australia would all remain colonies of England, as it would keep it easier for the Rothschilds to capitalize upon a massive trade route scheme, a common currency, and an empire that spanned the world.

But the anti-semites never stop to consider these things. They just know, because they read it in a book. This kind of nonsense is the only thing that keeps people from taking Texxe Mars seriously. If he’d never gotten involved in this kind of psychotic delusional thinking, he might have been known as a great teacher of Prophecy, and be thought of in the same way people see Tim LaHeye and Thomas Ice.

It reminds me of a movie I saw many years ago before I was saved, where a man raved about the Pentavrit, a five member conspiracy to rule the world, consisting of the Pope, the Queen of England, the Rothschilds, The United Nations, and Colonel Sanders of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Obviously it was a comedy, but it makes about as much sense as a racist “Jewish Banker” conspiracy.

Yes, it’s racist. The thought is, “Jews love money. So, they want control, because control means more money.”

Racist. The whole thing is hatred of Jews, reduced to stereotypes.

My advice? Stay far away from this kind of nonsense.

“A Russian Jew was sitting in a park reading The Protocols of The Elders of Zion. A Russian soldier approached, and shouted, ‘Foolish Jew! What are you doing?'”

The old man looked up, sitting in his tattered clothes and broken shoes hanging loosely on his emaciated form. He paused and thought about the years of pogroms and village burnings, hatred, imprisonment and beatings. He remembered all his family and friends who’d died during WWII, when the Germans overran Russian territories. He remembered Stalin’s purges. In a tired voice, he answered, “I’m trying to read about how powerful we Jews are.”

I really don’t think so far I’ve offered anything new here in my rebuttal of the Watchtower Society. I’m trying to free any Jehovah’s Witness who’s been duped by the Watchtower society and the Governing Body, who holds you in their grasp.

Look, it’s no surprise that Jehovah’s Witnesses have been labeled a cult by everyone who’s managed to take a minute to examine them. I’m trying to get you saved, before you find out (far too late) that the Bible is true, that Christians were correct, that you’re awake and aware after death, and that there is a Hell, and that anyone who denies the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ will not enter heaven. If you’re not going to heaven… where does the Bible say are you going?

Hell.

I’m trying VERY hard to keep you from that. PLEASE study the words on this blog. I not only have writings against error and heresy – I have detailed writings on correct doctrine (work in progress). As you read through the blog, you’ll find I have written a great deal on correct doctrine and against heresy. I recommend you read through all the blog postings on all the pages. There’s fruit on all of them, that will feed you, and keep you from a great deal of doctrinal heresy.

Let’s deal with all the verses on the investigative judgement.

Okay, done. There aren’t any.

8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. 9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. Acts 1:8-11 (KJV)

7 Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. Revelation 1:7 (KJV)

THe Lord returns visibly. Every eye will see Him.

61 But he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the Blessed? 62 And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven. Mark 14:61-62 (KJV)

26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Luke 21:26-27 (KJV)

There you go. Done.
